Online User Experience

Not surprisingly, User Experience is about users – the way they feel about, and respond to products, systems and services. We’ve all used software and services that failed to take these views into account and generally it results in a painful experience.

Along with Business Analysis, User Experience provides one of the cornerstones of Information Architecture by clarifying user needs, segmentation and preferences.

User Experience consultancy involves the production of:

>> Usability and user research reports

>> Non-functional requirements covering user experience and usability constraints

>> Personas – fictionalised characters that embody typical user behaviours and preferences

>> User journeys and user stories

>> Conversion lifecycles and conversion flows

Alongside the outputs from Business Analysis, these products are used to inform the detailed design of products and services.
